Hello Everyone, My name is Leek The writer. I am here to interduce to you my perspective upon the entertainment industry, Health, wellness, and Well-being. I’m here to bridge the gap between health and unhealthy understanding of self as well as the perspective of life and lifestyle as it pertains too Entertainment and health. I can do so by taking a look at different perspectives of life and life style and what we can do to change the outcome into a better positive one for both you and me.
A little about me is that I am a Muslim, Man, Father, Martial Artist and more. I am from Pittsburgh, PA. Born and raised in Homewood as well as other neighborhoods in the east side of Pittsburgh, Pa. I went to Belmar elementary and Wilkins primary in my early years of school. For middle school I went to Washington poly tech academy and for high school I went too Westinghouse and west Allegheny high school. I dropped out of High school in the 11th grade and got my Ged and completed the election trade through Pittsburgh Job Corps from 2010-2011. After that I spent time in contemplation about life and what it means too me. Being raised a Muslim and not having a lot of help I begin to search for information and truth to what I didn’t understand. At that time what I didn’t understand was much and still today I still don’t understand much. However what I have come to learn in my 32 years on earth is too Respect, appreciate, show kindness, be disciplined, and to show, do, and tell unconditional love from your perspective.
I have came to that conclusion after coming into many challenges and setbacks in life that often felt overwhelming. With the thoughts, feelings, and emotions of negativity I had to begin my journey upon healing, repairing, and curing my negative self. From negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions. To negative Thoughts, Words, Actions. To negative heart, mind, body, soul, and self. Why did I do that and how am I doing that each and every day you asked? First why, I choose to do it because I started to see patterns that didn’t align with what I wanted in my life. I want Respect, I wanted love, I wanted discipline, I wanted Kindness, I wanted Appreciation. However, in my life and lifestyle it was as if it was a legend. A myth a lie or simply put to much to ask for in life. With that being the answers for so many questions that I have had in my life I choose my own path. I choose to start the process of healing, repairing, and curing myself in order to attain what I desired for myself and my life.
That one thought had led me to communicating, comprehending, compromising, verbalizing, and articulating Standards and boundaries with myself, as well as with my family, friends, loved ones, colleagues, community, society, and strangers I meet on my journey. That’s were survival, coping, thriving, and striving became important to me in my life and lifestyle. I began therapy to better understand my thoughts, feelings, and emotions because I didn’t believe that I was asking for a lot. However, the energy, time, attention, and resources didn’t match up with myself, family, friends, loved ones, associations, community, society, and strangers I meet. That’s when life really started becoming something that I can hold in my hands. After my son was born It was as if a fire was ignited under my feet. I still haven’t been able to do everything I wanted for myself let alone my son. With my son being born I fight, argued, and debated with myself, family, friends, associations, loved ones, community, society, and strangers I meet until I understood what I was too do in my life which is to continue to learn and grow so that I don’t repeat the same mistakes and continue the hurt, pain, damage that is already apparent in my perspective.
From there I began to travel. First small then big. I had to really drill the perspective of eating an elephant one bite at a time. Being young and full of energy I wanted to finish everything when it came to mind. However, after much maturity, responsibility, accountability, and ownership challenges and setbacks I have learned that it isn’t always about what I want. Especially if I’m not aligned with What Allah SWT Wants for me. The fights, arguments, and debates didn’t stop however I began to understand why, when, how, why, where, and who they were for and once I began to understand my standards and boundaries, I was able to better choose positive and righteousness instead of negativity and foolishness. It is still a fight, argument, and debate with myself day to day as I continue to fight, argue, and debate better from myself each and every day. I didn’t like being demanded from and I like the perspective of Allah SWT Commanding me Like one of his messengers instead of being Trapped in a whale because I didn’t want to do Allah’s Perspective in Positivity and righteousness. I began to shift my perspective, my thoughts, words, and actions to fit the description of the prophet’s in thoughts, feelings, emotions, in thoughts, words, actions, as well as in heart, mind, body, soul, and self.
I love myself and I love each one of you for taking the time to read my post. I will always do my best to show, do, and tell unconditional love in my thoughts, words, actions, heart, mind, body, soul, self, thoughts, feelings, and emotions because there is a lack of it in ourselves, family, friends, loved ones, associations, community, society, and the strangers you meet. I heard once that if you want change, growth, and self-improvement in your life and life style that you must become wiser and stronger to become that change first because people need a better example than the one that is present. With that being writtin if you would like to know anything about me or have a conversation about a topic or two I am open too that.
Below I have came up with a guide for those who are interested in growing and self-improving into better for there self and everyone that they are leading. I hope and pray that you had a great day and I want you to create a great night for yourself as well. Take care And may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon you and your family! Keep surviving! Keep coping! Keep Thriving And Keep Striving for Positivity and righteousness in your Character, Personality, perspective, and Conduct!
