What get’s you motivated for your week? Is it your physical self, emotional self, mental self, spiritual self, or financial self?

Every week we have to get up and produce for ourselves. Why do you get your week started? It’s important. Important to know who, what, when, where, why, and how your motivation is ignited and how you can disciple yourself, stay consistent and determined to follow through on your goals.

As it relates to life and life style what motivates you is an important part of your process. It effects your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions, your words, and your actions. Why are you motivated today?

Is It because the holidays are close? Is it because of a family member, friend, or loved one!

Is it because you’re getting closer and closer to accomplishing a goal that you set out to accomplish earlier in the year?

Take the time to ask yourself why you have gotten motivated today.

Have you gotten motivated today and are your working towards disciplining yourself to make your process easier?

Have you gotten motivated today? Are you discipled in your routine? Now how can you become consistent in your efforts?

What is your plan to cope to continue adapting and adjusting to your challenges and set backs?

These are the questions that I want you to ask yourself for the rest of the year and the rest of your life.

What is motivating you?

How can you get disciplined in your routine?

How can I master consistency wisely for myself?

And how can I cope with the challenges and setbacks so that I can repeat the process as often as necessary?
