Winter Seasons Wows

Hey! It’s winter season how you holding up? How is your health and wellbeing?

This is the time of year where the ant and the grasshopper store begins to show and tell. Stress management and measurement is important this time of year more than anything. Lack of sun light has many suffering from a lack of vitamin D. Not having a positive system of coping has many in distress. So how can we fix it? That’s the question. By learning how to survive, cope, thrive, and strive is the only way to get through any challenges and setbacks that you’re having this season.

What I want from this post is for you to be able to learn why and how stress affects your life and life style. You can’t be at your best if you don’t know how to manage and measure the stress in your life and lifestyle. Here is a friendly reminder to focus on nurturing your exercise routine if you have one. As well as your rest, food, water, and positive coping skills to not only survive this winter season but too cope, thrive, and strive threw this season. It’s not easy for our culture to get through this challenges and setbacks mainly because we lack the knowledge and wisdom to practice the information at our fingertips.

Today I decied to pick up a book and just read. The book I picked up ended up being how to UnFuckYourself by Gary John. It’s about getting out your head and into your life. Which we all need from time to time. The question is how strong is your mental state of well-being? Are you at the I am unwilling stage or the I am willing stage? I think those are fair questions to ask yourself when you’re going through challenges and setbacks. As I go through my own trials and tribulations, I think it’s important to reflect upon how we as a culture have to take control over us on life and lifestyle and learn how to take ownership so that we can have the success and satisfaction that we want, need, and desire.

This is a time to go over how we are surviving our lives. As well as how we are coping, thriving, and striving with the challenges and setbacks and if we are doing all that we can choose to do or are we just making excuses for ourselves to not get it together. Yes, Life is hard however we have to get harder in order to make the lifestyle that we desire for ourselves. Being able to set the standards and boundaries to keep ourselves stabilized and regulated is as important now as it was before. Do you just want to surivie through life or do you want to strive through life?

It’s not easy all the time. We go through a lot of silent wars! When it’s time to communicate, comprehend, compromise, verbalize, and articulate sometimes it’s as if nobody is listening and sometimes nobody is listing. So what do you do when you find yourself at war with yourself as your only warrior? You dig in deep and start the process of letting go and forgiving yourself so that you can take ownership of what is necessary and correct for yourself so that you can reach your goals.

By any means right! So let’s start with ourselves and figure out what we can do to get ourselves out of the challenge and setbacks or at least survive, cope, thrive, and strive to endure and not breakdown on ourselves or those that need us to win for ourselves so that we can continue living the quality of life and lifestyle that we need in order to be content with our situation.

I’m including the audio book in the post as well for anyone who wants to listen to the audio book.

Also, here is a short book on why and how you can manage and measure the stress in your life to have a better quality of your life so that you can have peace and blanace by creating a inner world of stability and regulation for yourself.
