Daily Living with Severe Pain- Healthy Veggies

    Hello my lovelies,

Today was a pretty good day. Of course I’m continously dealing with the pain but it was bearable. I was actually able to complete a few how chores. Which I have to take small breaks but everything was completed. So today I want to talk about healthy living.Eating healthy can also help your body handle the pain.

Of course your veggies is a must and plenty of water. Inflammation in the body can be a good thing and acute inflammation is considered a part of healing. Acute inflammation will send white blood cells to the injured area of the body in hopes to repair the area.Berries are sweet and tart additives that can be easily added to breakfasts and desserts.

Berries such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and blackberries also happen to be a great anti-inflammatory foods. Citrus foods include grapefruits, oranges, lemons and limes and they are all high in vitamin C. This is a vital component that is needed for the synthesis of collagen which in result helps to build and repair tendons, ligaments, and bones.

Leafy greens are great contributors to maintaining a healthy diet for many reasons. However, more specifically, leafy greens have been shown to be plentiful in antioxidants as well as anti-inflammatory flavonoids. These are a few helpful things. When it comes to nerve damage you have to deal with alot of inflammation so I encourage use anything that has an anti-inflammatory agent in it..

Well my loves till another day.. live strong
