Hello hello lovelies,
Today I want to talk about meditation.
Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
The idea behind mindfulness seems simple—the practice takes patience. While meditation isn’t a cure-all, it can certainly provide some much-needed space in your life.
Here are five reasons to meditate:
• Understanding your pain
• Lower your stress
• Connect better
• Improve focus
• Reduce brain chatter
Ever since my situation happened it helps me alot. Especially to keep focus because being in pain 24/7 it’s really hard to maintain focus.
