Daily Living with Severe Pain- Pain Relief

Hello hello lovelies,

Hope everyone is well and bless. Today’s not a good day for me. Hearing a denial from my insurance for my procedure. It’s got me seriously down. Not including the horrible pain today.

Like at this point I just want to give up. I don’t want to sound like a downer but if it wasn’t for the pain it would be alot easier to deal with. So I have to try harder to find another option and try my best to keep my sanity. I may feel defeated but I’m far from out the race.

Being optimistic and trying to stay positive is what’s best.Here’s a few tips I found that could help those in my situation:

2. Exercise. (In my case it actually is not recommended)

3. Physical therapy and occupational therapy

4. Mind-body techniques.

5. Yoga and tai chi.

6. Biofeedback.

7. Music therapy.
