Daily Living With Severe Pain – Pain

    Hello, hello my lovelies,

Today I am going to go over a few plants and what they help with and the ones I prefer to use. As for today it’s a mild day meaning I was able to get a few things done today. It was still a little difficult getting out of bed. It’s like the pain radiates throughout my right leg from my hip all the way to my toes. I have an appointment tomorrow with my neurologist so hopefully it’s some good news.

I’ve only had one crying episode today which is really good. Some days don’t times the pain would be so bad I just cry. So a few oils I use to give me a little relief are lavender, rosemary, and peppermint.

I do make my own oils and grow them. So here’s a little information:

Lavender: Can be used for mild pain, anxiety and depression. And to add it smells really good.

Peppermint: Can be used for mild pain as well. Also to lower frustration and boost alertness.

Rosemary: Can be used to boost your immune system, improve the blood circulation, boost alertness and focus.

I especially love the rosemary oils when I’m allowed to do small exercises. I can’t do much but light stretching is a must because my right side tends to stiffen up on me. Well that it for today I will be back tomorrow with more. Till then stay positive and live strong.
