Power of the Strong
Power of the Strong

Janice Scott was brought up in a small rural town in Arkansas where she had to work hard chopping cotton to make ends meet, just so she could afford her school clothes. With nothing else but her strong faith in God and a dream of success, she took a chance and moved to Atlanta in 1997. Under the leadership of Dr. Creflo Dollar Ministries, she became a Minister, and went on to pursue her passion for writing, acting and public speaking.

Along the way, she earned a Certificate of Training from the United States Department of Agriculture, a Certificate in Biblical Studies from Beulah Heights University, and graduated from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where her book earned a place in the university’s Library Hall of Fame.
She has also received several accolades and awards for her work, including a US Patent for inventing a feminine hygiene product, and a Microsoft Advertising Multiplatform grant to promote her speaking engagements, which garnered a total of 85,000 views. She recently spent the last 7 years as the primary caregiver for her mother, who passed away in May 2022 at the incredible age of 95. In honor of her mother’s memory, Janice named a street in her hometown after her.
